How to update through Terminal

To All

Just Installed Zorin and getting started
i did do a software update but was thinking is this all?
or do i need to do it through terminal ? if so how please

also i am a fresh new with Linux so all the tutorials and help i can get

Just be aware I specifically created that for Zorin 10 so the 'tweaks' may well not work/be out of date, but the update methods have not changed. ;)
