HPLIP 3.19.1 - fix install deps ?

Hi,
need newer Version (as 3.16 from disto) of HPLIP.
But did not get the req installed.
is there a howto what packages are need to install for HPLIP 3.19 ?

thanks, in supported devices the printer is there 5030

and the install of missing failed...
if try manual install... the packages not found...

I'm wondering if by any chance it is looking for the ubuntu OS - if it is dependent upon that but usually hplip is usually present across all distributions.
