OK, checked my BIOS settinigs and virtualization is enabled. Then I installed Gdebi Package Manager to see what the problems were in it not starting (I have removed Kernel 5.03 and using the default 4.18 kernel). The lintian output of Gdebi points to numerous errors:
I'm pretty sure I had six running in alpha4 but now having issues in the current beta. I have only copied the error messages of the lintian output into a text editor as the output is too long to post.
Whilst snap and flatpak may well be useful, I will still be promoting Synaptic and Gdebi in Zorin 15 final release! And avoid Wayland at all costs!
