System Monitor as desktop widget HELP

Hi I am new to Linux I have Zorin-OS-12.4-Ultimate and I want to show System Monitor as a gadget on the desktop so how can I do this?
I am windows user thinking of coming over.
But I have a few questions before I install this on my laptop.
I will use this virtual machine first to see if i can install alternative apps that i use in windows.

Are you wanting System Monitor in respect of Processes running or Resources (CPU and RAM usage)?

You can add System Monitor to the Panel when selecting 'Add to Favourites' or shortcut on desktop to get this:

or once installed GnomeTweaks and a few extras:

Which gives you this:
