Number one and two doesn't work HELP

I have a laptop and only upper key numbers.
The problem is number one and two doesn't work.

Can you help me? I believe in the promise of change windows for Zorin OS because is better. T_T

Extra info:
I have dual boot w0 (Ten because i can't use one T_T) and Zorin 5 (fifteen TTT__TTT).
Keyboard distribution English EEUU and Spanish LA, both doesn't work.
At windows all my keyboard work.

More details on make and model of notebook please. (I don't use laptop word as it promotes bad practice for your health and the notebook's.
