Problem Connect Printers in Windows

Hello, I have the following problem when installing printers via samba in version 15 ultimate.

When looking for a printer in the network connected to a PC with windows, it shows a message where it says that no printers are found and that the configuration of the service in the firewall is verified, but the exception in it is already added.

Have you tried installing the printer by using ip address of pc followed by name of printer? Alternatively try CUPS solution with web type interface.

Also is printer setting set to shared?
