Uncheckable menus in Software Update

Hello, I recently purchased ZorinOS 15 ultimate and I'm very happy with it so far. The only thing that confuses me is the uncheckable menus in software update center. What are they supposed to do? Why I cannot check them?

It appears the update bug in Ubuntu STILL has not been resolved. Do not concern yourself too much with this as you will get security updates:

Thanks for letting me know. I can confirm I can still get security updates as well as others so I'll just leave this aside for now.
