Nvidia settings app not working right

I just installed Zorin 15 Core and i also have my Nvidia drivers installed.

When I go to the Nvidia settings panel I see this (see picture below)

Is there any way to sort this out?

Is your system up-to-date? Which drivers (version number) do you have installed?
