AMD Radeon Crimson / Adrenaline drivers

I'm new to the system so, they're needed? I used to OC my GPU under the Wattman Global Settings on AMD Radeon App.

Also, how do I turn off the second desktop? It consumes resources (like ram, cpu, gpu) ?

I don't think there has been a release yet for Ubuntu 18.04 on which Zorin 15 is based upon according to this article:

Make sure that the graphics card is listed and that particular version supports Ubuntu 18.04.2 so technically it should work on Zorin OS 15 if I'm not mistaken and once installed that performance bit should be in its Control Panel.
