How to install the official Cinelerra

I want to install the Official Cinelerra, not the CV or GG version. I want to install the HV version.

It is only a tar.xz, and have spent a few hours combing through the internet. And cannot find anything.

Any one have any ideas?

Perhaps the quote at the bottom of the page says it all:

I had to run the following command: wget -q -O /tmp/libpng12.deb http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu/pool/m ... _amd64.deb \
&& dpkg -i /tmp/libpng12.deb \
&& rm /tmp/libpng12.deb
