Can anyone please let me know how can I install kernel 3.2.1 on Zorin OS 5 Ultimate ? Has anyone tried installing kernel 3.2.1 ?

I update the kernel to 3.0 and it works fine. But when I try to update it too 3.2.1, network devices doesnt work . for wifi it say, firmware missing .
possible firmware missing .

As each kernel is released, the firmware for the devices has to be updated too, if they miss a package, your hardware won't function unless you have a deb package handy to replace the missing firmware file!!.
You could try "ndiswrapper":
