Need experince to install Win 10 in a virtual box

Can you try selecting greater than 512megs on the RAM and select Virtual Hard Disk rather than Virtual Disk Image?
Können Sie bitte mehr als 512 RAM. Bitte wählen Sie Virtual hard Disk statt Virtual Disk Image? For "Disk File Type". Für "Dateiyp der Festplatte."

I had similar issue on xubuntu 18.04 where my Virtualbox guests was to run windows 7. Although I had Virtualbox 5.2 installed previously that worked.

I made sure virtualbox-dkms was installed and by passing this command

Code:

dpkg -l | grep virtualbox-dkms


Then I purged it and and reinstalled only dkms

Code:

apt-get purge virtualbox-dkms && sudo apt-get install dkms

Then I run the command the suggested command to rebuild the kernel.

Code:

sudo /sbin/vboxconfig

This is what worked for me.

Update:

If you still get the same error, find the installed virtualbox host modules:

And, replace virtualbox-host-modules-arch package with virtualbox-host-dkms
package like below.
