Zorin 15 Core logouts/crashes when taking screenshots

Hi,

I've been learning how to use ZorinOS for the past few days and happened to encounter some bug with it.
I've been using ZorinOS for college practicum purposes, so i need the screenshot feature that was built in, sadly, after every 2 screenshots, ZorinOS would crash and throw me out to the login screen, where if i log on to my account everything would be empty like a fresh start (no programs, simply like a logout, not a lock).

Is there anything i can do to fix this? since taking 2 screenshots per session while losing my progress on the report seems kind off a hassle, haha.

Hi, Have you updated the system after installing and changed your update server to 'Main Server'? Also install Synaptic Package Manager and install 'Shutter'.
