Bluetooth device added successfully but failed to connect

Hi everybody, I recently re-installed Zorin OS 12.4 Lite. Bluetooth used to work fine on this same machine with the same OS but now I get a message "Bluetooth device added successfully but failed to connect" and "Connection Failed: blueman.bluez.errors.DBusFailedError: Protocol not available" Does this sound like a hardware problem? Thanks.

Nevermind. It works now. In the terminal I entered:

sudo apt-get install pulseaudio-module-bluetooth

pactl load-module module-bluetooth-discover
