WIFI not working

Hi.
I almost checked all the links on the web to connect my wireless in zorin
I think I have the driver installed. I configured the connection via wireless connections gave the info turned on the wifi but the option Wireless networks is disabled. What should I do now?? It is not searching any connections.

Hi,

click on the internet icon on the taskbar and select "Enable Wireless", check in the settings that it set to "Connect Automatically" and "All Users".

I have done all the things told above.
I did make a new connection with wireless mac address and routers mac address ans ssid. I also enable wireless. But still the options about wireless are disabled.Now what should I do?
