I'm having trouble trying to install RetroArch. I need help.

So I've been installing RetroArch from software center. I was using my phone's internet and when I learned that it was about to end I switched to another Wi-Fi. However when I tried to continue the installation it gave me this error:
"error: snap "retroarch" has "install-snap" change in progress". I've tried to remove packages with Synaptic Package Manager but it didn't let me do that and I don't know where the packages are saved when you install apps form software center. What do I do now?

See if the package shows up in Software Center as Installed then select the 'Remove' button.
