Bluetooth doesn't work

Well, I am using Zorin 15 Education, I have an bluetooth headphone and I was wishing I could connect it to my notebook so I went to the bluetooth configs and turned it on, but it didn't, It just stays with the "Bluetooth is off", anyone can help me???
