I'm trying to download the 15.1, but the download speed is about 10 hours for 2.1 GB iso file. I'm pretty sure p2p mirrors will come handy.

During heavy traffic, the download speed can get a little... absurd. I have had that happen to me, too. Checking later, the download speed was back to normal.
Swarfendors direct link will sidestep that issue.
