Zorin 15 power setting for "lid closed" ?

Hi all;

I'm looking for the setting in Zorin 15 that will let the laptop stay powered on and accessible via vnc even when the lid is closed.

In this case the laptop is a Panasonic Toughbook CF-53. I know the setting is possible with the hardware because other OS (Windows 10, various other Linux flavors e.g. Linux Mint, Kali, etc.) on the same machine all allow the lid to be closed without suspend or shutdown.

Is this something that's missing in the latest release and can be added back in, or was it never there to begin with?

Thanks!

The only settings I can get to are in Settings and Tweaks which should be as below:

Yes, I agree.

That still leaves the question about whether the setting exists or not, and if it does, how to access it.
