Modem software install problem 4G USB

Hello Team! I did an update the last time and I couldn't use my USB modem after that.

This is the error message.

"USB 4G E3372” contains software intended to be automatically started. Would you like to run it?"

"Oops! There was a problem running this software. Unable to locate program."


I tried my 4G USB modem other OS and it works just fine.

Any idea how I can resolve this issue? Txxxxxx

I originally typed a long terminal command heavy reply that when I tested it, fails. Oh well... I guess some things got deprecated.
The short version is, your system is not recognizing the dongle and instead thinks it is a storage device.
