How to edit terms that appear in the menu?

I would like to edit the terms highlighted in the image (for the terms "Software" and "Activities"). How do I proceed in this case? Thanks.

That is a tricky one as usually, menu languages are constructed from people who volunteer in the wider Linux community to change the meaning from English to another language and that is something outside of Team Zorin's control I suspect.
