WiFi Not Working

I know this is a rather common thing, but I can't get the OS to detect the WiFi card. I tried installing the drivers from a usb but it wouldn't work. My laptop also doesn't have an Ethernet cable. Not sure what to do about it.
Laptop: hp pavilion x360 convertible 11m-ad1xx

Note: when I try using the code:
Code:
sudo rfkill list all
it just says Bluetooth. When I do
Code:
lspci -nbk | grep -iA2 net
it shows my network controller saying
Device name: WLAN
Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device

Please help

Did F10/F12 turn on the wifi? I've read that some laptops have that as a hotkey to turn the wifi on/off.

Also assuming that "Turn off wifi..." is checked (see screenshot).

Hi, Open a terminal and enter:

Code:
sudo ifconfig -a

and paste and post back the results please. ;) :D

You could also download wifi-radar from here to memory stick if you have access to a Windows machine:

https://pkgs.org/download/wifi-radar - go to the Ubuntu 18.04 heading and click on it to expand it and download the first .deb pkg listed and then copy from USB to your Zorin Desktop and right-click and open with Software.

[See my post here about wifi-radar:
