Thank you for your advice. I am a windows 7 refugee in hopes of finding a new home in Linux. I read somewhere that Zorin is based on ubuntu. Do the same terminal commands apply on Zorin? Is there a command terminal manual I can purchase that can educate this new resident to the Linux community-specific Zorin? Thank you in advance.

Hi, a lot of the old bash commands work, and there are some new ones which I included in the unofficial manual. Get the unofficial manual from here:
