Rufus does detect usb

Hello, everyone .newbie to Zorin here. I can not get Rufus to detect already formated usb drives.

Hi, if you can boot into Windows, use the Disk Manager and delete the USB 'partitions' so they are blank, then try formatting using Rufus.
