On other chatrooms, I have seen the facility for PMs (Private messages between members).

Does this also apply to the Zorin O/S forum?

Yes, you can click on a members I.D. which will take you to their profile.
Below their avatar is "Contact >member name>"
and below that line is "Send a private message."

Just to add; if your PM is showing continuously in 'Outbox' it doesn't mean the message hasn't been sent - it indicates the recipient hasn't read it.
