I want to keep recent unread notification in the task tray

About the notification function,
Once displayed, it disappears immediately.
Please tell me the recommendation with the software that keeps the recent unread content in the task tray for 15.2 CORE

Notifications are what they say they are - they are not really for keeping - they should stay there until you have viewed them - otherwise you would clog up your system!

I think that is the design concept of GNOME or ZORIN OS.
But I want to adjust it somehow.
