Tried several VNC Servers all very slow

I have installed vino, tigervnc-scraping-server, x11vnc and all of them seem to be very slow when trying to connect from the internet. Inside works ok. I installed the normal tigerVNC and that was fast but that didn't give me access to the running desktop. I would appreciate in help speeding up access to the running local desktop remotely.

Have you checked out the Remmina protocols that are available?

Have you also tried Ultra VNC?
