Laptop Intergrated web cam light is on but screen is blank i

I am using Samsung's old laptop of series np300e5c. I am using ubuntu-based Zorin os everything is working fine except my laptop camera. When I open skype or chess my laptop inbuild webcam light is on but in both software screen is blank. You can see the screenshot also.

In terminal, can you enter

lsusb

and post the output?
You might also try installing the drivers:

sudo apt-get install libsbigudrv2 libsbigudrv0
