(Solved) Problem Mobile phones aren't shown in Thunar

I tried to plug two different models of mobile phones (one with android 6.0.1 and the other with android 7.0) into this computer with Zorin 15.1 lite , they aren't show in Thunar file mannager, even though when I select from phones the options of transferring files or transferring pictures. I have also checked with a different cord. I do this all the time under linux mint. I don't know why it doesn't work here or how to get it to work.

cannot find the package.

when I run lsbusb the device were recognized, I am running xfce 4.14.1 in other computer however this is under linux mint. I don't have problems there... I wonder if this is a driver issue, which I dont think so...

I have tried installing "caja" in Zorin lite but doesn't show the mobile either.

Try installing gvfs-backends. Do a complete reboot once installed, then try to access the device using Thunar, again.

Thank you ! I installed gvfs-backends from synaptics, and reboot. Now my mobile is shown in Thunar , thank you very much. I knew there was something missing but I never could have though the name of the package, even when I read the link you paste here I wouldn't understand it purpose. This package should be installed as default. Many users use Zorin as new operating system , instead of using Windows10 , things should be easy for them. Thank you very much!

Actually... It did come with my install of Zorin 15 Lite. So, I am not quite sure what happened, there.
