Hello, I'm new to linux and just installed Zorin OS yesterday. I'm having trouble connect my Microsoft Surface Mobile Mouse. I tried several different methods and while I feel like I'm getting closer, I still haven't succeeded. By the way, I am using a Dell Prescision M3800 laptop and am dual booting with Windows 10.
Here is what I have tried so far:

Initially, my computer did not even recognize the Bluetooth device. However, now after trying the above steps, it recognizes and connects to it but immediately disconnects. Specifically, when I use bluetoothctl in the Terminal, it connects mometarily disconnects. Here is what I am seeing in the Terminal when I try to pair, connect, trust, and then connect again (as recommended in the YouTube tutorial:
