then it Freez and i cant close the window

Can you advise which server you are getting updates from, your Locale (Country) Server or Main Server? If not Main Server then switch to that. ;) :D

On Main
but i added a Repository in the options and now i dont know how i got there or how to find it and uncheck it lol

it is one of these right here

Well first off you need to uncheck all the ones marked at the end with (Source Code) - that is going to clog up your system. What I meant was this:
