about apt-get update && apt-get upgrade i dont think its wor

so i put this command
apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
and i got this

You forgot to give yourself root priveleges:

Something is wrong as you are trying to update from an insecure third party repo. It's a bit like trying to install third party android software on a smart phone. You need to change download source settings in Software Updater but do so AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Your link isn't working. Is your download source set to 'Main Server' - that would be the tab labeled 'Zorin Software' in the last image I uploaded.
