Does anyone know of a GUI, .deb, graphical equaliser package that could be used with ALSA running on Zorin12.4?

If you mean channel controls, then it is qasmixer:

You will also need to install:
qasconfig
qashctl
qastools-common

:D

Oh yes, just discovered if you right-click one of those sliders you can select 'split channels'! :D

Hi, Swarf.

I have downloaded:

qasmixer_0.18.0-1_amd64.deb

ready to run on my Zorin 12.3 laptop (ubuntu16.04).

What do I get when it is installed?

An application that I can run and stick, as an an icon, on the desktop - or something that has to be run and controlled through the command line?

Obviously, I am hoping to have a GUI after clicking on the QasMixer icon.

Hi you should get an icon in the Sound and Audio Menu - you should also be able to add it to favourites. Not got round to reinstalling on 15.2 yet. In FerenOS I have added it to the System Tray/Panel. :D

Oops! I have installed it and didn't remember doing it!:

and in Zorin Pulse has taken over!

Not as good as it is in FerenOS! :o
