etc/gdm3/Xsession - etc/Profile Permission Denied

Guys I m very new to Linux, I just installed ZORIN for the first time. I get the following message after I login to my profile (using password). It shows the error but if I just press 'ok', it disappears and OS loads and I can work well.
The Error
etc/gdm3/Xsession :line 37: etc/Profile: Permission Denied
