Is LibreOffice from PPA of ZORIN OS 15 CORE fixed at VER.6.3?
Is this Libreoffice planning to upgrade to VER.6.4 or above?

Not sure about that - Ubuntu 20.04 comes with 6.4 and it still has the help bug - it does not connect so if 6.3 is working, why fix what ain't broke? Also scanner integration breaks in latest LibreOffice - or rather it does not work.
