Intel Wireless 7265 Driver Not Recognized

Hello all,

I am new to both Linux and Zorin. I decided to start Linux by using a windows-alike version and chose Zorin.
I managed to install Zorin and everything looks fine.

I have wireless internet connection currently, but when check additional drivers tab in "Softwares & Updates" , it says "Intel Corporation: Wireless 7265" device not working.
I have added a screenshot (sorry for Turkish).

That's a bit weird to me, because I do not understand how I can access internet if my wireless adapter is not working

Could you let me understand if I should install the related driver or continue my life as this not happened?
And if I need to install, can anybody help me how can I do that?

(By the way, I tried to solve the problem by copying the firmware from Intel's website to lib/firmware folder, as explained here: https://www.intel.com.tr/content/www/tr ... rking.html . But it didn't work I assume.

It appears to be a general issue with Ubuntu and its derivatives (and possibly other Linux distributions):

Your next best alternative would be to get hold of a second hand Netgear WG111v3 USB dongle which has always worked for me when I used to use it - had to recently when the ISP messed up our internet connections on the LAN.
Or see if you can get a Linux compatible dongle from here:

But check that your router supports 'N'.

Bir sonraki en iyi alternatif her zaman kullanmak için kullanılan benim için çalıştı ikinci el Netgear WG111v3 USB dongle ele almak olacaktır - son zamanlarda ISS LAN bizim internet bağlantıları berbat vardı.
Ya da buradan Linux uyumlu bir dongle alabilir misiniz bakın:

Ancak yönlendiricinizin 'N'yi destekleyip desteklemediğini kontrol edin.

Thank you for your reply Swarfendor437, but I think I am not in a that bad condition.
My wifi currently works. I am connected to internet through wifi at the moment.

It will be repeating myself, but the thing is: I am not even sure if I have a problem at all Linux says it doesn't have a driver for my wifi adapter, but my wifi works...

Hi, it is an issue experienced elsewhere - the other user tried the solution to stop the error message using dConf-Editor (dconf-tools) but still gets it!
