Pulse Audio issues

Hi, im having problem with this, i found out when i installed solus OS and Steam OS them both with Gnome i realized the audio was much better than ubuntu, zorin and unbutuDDe , i used alsamixer on gnomes distros and i saw it was card chip and item all Pulseaudio
but on ubuntu distros i always get HD intel HDMI... i just wish to install the pulse audio and see its being used when i sudo alsamixer... anyone can help me?
