Unable to get list of updates

Is your Software Updater pointing to Main Server? That is where it should be pointing to! ;) :D

Start Software Updater, click on 'stop' then click on Settings button then go to first tab - Zorin Software - it will normally show your country locale server - change it to Main Server - might be worth you downloading the unofficial Manual for Zorin I wrote:
