Is Zorin the only OS or dual-boot? If only OS, please make ethernet connection to router, press the left shift key during boot so that GRUB (bootloader) appears - choose advanced options for latest kernel installed, then on safe graphics mode - from the menu that appears, select DPKG - the first option - this will check to see if there are any missing dependencies for your system in general. Once it has completed, don't select continue but power off and reboot.
Keep us posted. ;) :D
