I have been a Linux user for the past several years and now use it exclusively at home. I just stumbled on your site when it was mentioned on categor5.tv. I am currently downloading all 3.7 gigs of the premium version.
My question is will i be able to use my Visioneer scanner with it. It is not on the approved list in SANE but does Zorin have extra "stuff"?

Thanks. Yes, I know it's time to petition the manufactures to support Linux. For a long time Lexmark and Creative were worthless on Linux. Creative finally open up to ALSA (to a degree) and now I see that Lexmark "actually" has drivers. Perhaps it's a $$$ issue. I still refuse to buy Lexmark. There will be a day that Linux is mainstream.
Linux is a phenomenal OS and is gaining in popularity. I just kick myself for not jumping on it earlier. I took a couple of computers where i work and installed Ubuntu 10.10 (Gnome) on older machines in our dispatch dept. I gave them a 2-minute training. They all caught on right away and even commented on how fast it booted and shut down...and just ran faster. I hope to convert others to Linux based on your OS. Personally, i have never liked the look/feel of Vista or Win-7 (hate that spinning circle) but if it can convert others by having a comfortable interface...then it it works for me. I have tried KDE but prefer my Gnome. It appears that your OS is the stepping-stone for Win users but will find out.
Sorry that last paragraph doesn't belong in "Help & Support"...I just needed to vent.
