printer driver not installing fully

hi ,i am using Zorin os lite(Zorin OS Lite is based on Lubuntu 11.04)i have recently bought a samsung ML 1670 series(ML 1675 to be exactly)printer.Now the driver is not included in the driver database ,so i downloaded the samsung unified driver.In printer installition wizard i gave it the correct ppl file.when istallation completes,it gaves the error message that 'rastertosamsungsplc"(the native printer language file) is not present.But actually i have already copied it to the cups filter folder.i get the same message again and again.in another computer i have install the same driver on PC Linux os and Mephis os .in both operating systems,the driver file works fine and printer,prints the files.any suggestions?

Hi dear swarfendor437 ,i am sorry i typed ppl ,actually it is a ppd file.And i will probbly reinstall Zorin OS lite 5 tonight because the free space is too low.Anyway thanks and i will try your suggestion in a few days.
