Deleted main toolbar

I accidently deleted my main toolbar in window by right clicking and so on....i cant get it back now!,all i have is a window border with icons and left sidebar...can someone help? :cry:

No,my panels are fine...i was thinking on main toolbar in a window...along with side pane,status bar,location bar,menu bar etc...if you click there you can disable any of these options and i disabled main toolbar so now I have no place to click anywhere to bring that back

Ok,everything turned just fine,F8 brought back menubar and from there i did the rest...wuuuff! Thanks guys A LOT! ;) :D

Hi Zoriners
Is their a list of F? key presses etc. somewhere :?: I found F7(Terminal) and F8(Menu) my self by accident would be a helpful sticky for us amateurs .
