Using Zorin 'free' core
how can I get Zorin to 'see' my video tuner, other OS's can see/read it ok
is there a command I can put into terminal to do this?

Hi Hazz,
when you say " video tuner"; what exactly do you mean, can you elaborate a little thanks!!. What type of connection are you trying??.

thanks madvinegar, entered that into my list of commands.
I've got the issue fixed, tho do not know which of the packages from synaptic actually did it, Me-TV, HDMI to TV working a treat

I find Kaffeine as my favorite program to watch TV. You can try that as well!
