I am using Zorin 5.2 Core and I changed the desktop background to a picture. Now I want to go back to the default Zorin desktop backgrounds, but I do not see any backgrounds that look exactly like the original out of the box background. I tried deleting my picture, but it keeps displaying that background. I know how to choose another one, but the original one does not seem to be in the list.
Any ideas...

I must have been blind. It is in there. It just didn't look the same. It's called waves.jpg Thanks for pointing it out. There is a file that seems to hold the current settings. That file is ~/.gconf/desktop/gnome/background/%gconf.xml.
Also is seems if you type the command:
gconftool-2 --get /desktop/gnome/background/picture_filename
it will display the path to the background file.
Thanks for the push.
