Sound and Graphic problem

Zorin OS 6 Lite
I have no sound or option for it in menu (start). i have in the bottom right corner icon i can scroll it or mute it but nothing happens, right clicking it just shows me panel options.
After i installed graphic card ATI something and restart comp. there were "no signal 75/60" on my screen.

I used ubuntu and mint before so i know "basics".
If anyone can help me i would be much appreciated.

install the following packages:

libsox-fmt-all

paman

This is the Pulse Audio Manager and you can use it for your sound settings which is found in the sound and video menu.

Before you do, start your PC in recovery mode and run "dpkg", this normally fixes small problems that people have!!. After that; restart your Pc and see what happens!!.

Thanks For the help.
I fixed sound and purge xorg for my graphic problem.
Now i have blinking cursor, i will fix that when i have time.
