Hi.
From where did you download the iso? Was it from the official page? http://www.zorin-os.com/free.html

If you use the official Zorin page, what you get is only one .iso file.

You then have to use an image burner (i propose imgburn which is free and very good http://www.imgburn.com/ ) and you burn the iso at the lowest possible speed.

Is there any chance that you have actually downloaded the iso but you thought it was a zip file and you extracted it...? Maybe you didn't have any image burning software and the file showed no characteristics of an iso fle.

Download and install imgburn first, and then check the file you downloaded again.

Otherwise, use the link I gave you to re-download the iso file from the official page.

hi,

assuming you downloaded the file using Windows, it will most likely still be in your "Downloads" folder, MV has already suggested using imgburn , all you need to do is start imgburn and point the program to the downloads folder and the ISO file in it!!.

Take a look here for more help:

I have clicked on the link you provided and I actually started to dowload an .iso file. The zorin-os-5.2-core-32.iso.

As you said, install "image burn" and try again to see if it recognizes the file.
