Notice History?

Sometimes when a notice pops up on the desktop, it gives crucial information that I'm unable to memorize in the time I have before it disappears. Copying the text into the clipboard isn't an option, because the pop-up window fades as my mouse cursor comes into contact with it (by design, I'm sure).

By any chance, is there a history saved somewhere, where I can review recent notices that I've received?

try installing "glipper", it may be what you want!!.
