You can create a live USB with persistent space so as to even save changes if you like.

1. Download the .iso of zorin lite.
2. Go here http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal- ... -as-1-2-3/ and download and install the universal USB installer.
3. Follow the 3 very easy steps (chose distro, browse to iso, select persistent space) and create your live usb.
4. Plug your live usb and select from Bios boot options to boot from USB.

That's it!

In case your PC does not have the option to boot from USB, you can follow my guide here on how to do it!

I use universal USB installer from windows.
It needs a little time when creating persistent space but not something tragic. You have to consider a) How many GBs you need to create as persistent space and b)what are the specs of your PC.
It is my favorite. You have to visit the website to get the latest version as it updates very often.
