Does anyone know why the mp3 preview has stopped when i run the courser over the icon its a feature i really like which has stopped. Thank You

Thank you for your reply The OS is 5, which i have had installed for a while, the mp3 preview had been working fine and then just stopped. I am new to Ubuntu but I love it. Thank You.

Thank you for your response. But I have now solved the problem. In sound preferences,then applications put cursor on a mp3 icon on desktop,audio preview appears in the applications box. it may be turned down as mine was. The problem was when i moved cursor off mp3 icon,the audio preview disappeared , so leave cursor on mp3 icon press Fn key and you can then move the volume with the arrowe keys, the right arrowe to increase the volume. I hope that all makes sense, as stated i'm new to linux.
