HOW TO MAKE A FLASH DRIVE BOOTABLE AGAIN?

I had a bootable flash drive with Zorin OS installed. Then I inserted it on a certain computer. But when I inserted it, the antivirus installed in that computer removed the files which makes the flash drive bootable. But I have files in that portable operating system and I had made several changes to it.
Help me please! The flash drive wont boot already.
